Pack Your Items

Place items in Ziploc or space-saving bags. Write your missionary's full name and mission on each bag. Number the bags and include estimated weight on the outside.

Drop Off in Utah

Drop off at our Orem or Salt Lake City UPS locations, or ship directly to our Orem address. No payment collected at drop-off — reserve online first.

We Deliver

We fly your package, clear customs (no fees ever), and deliver directly to your missionary's mission office. You get updates every step of the way.

No problem. We weigh everything precisely when it arrives. If it's lighter, we refund the difference. If it's heavier, we send you a payment link for the balance before it ships. You can also add extra pounds online using the EXTRAPOUNDS coupon code.
Message or email us after dropping off and we'll confirm receipt. Once the shipment departs, you'll receive tracking updates automatically. Tracking becomes active once the package arrives in country.
No. The UPS stores only serve as a drop off locations. We have our own international logistic operation.
These require approval first. Contact us before packing them — some items are allowed with documentation, others aren't. We'll tell you exactly what's needed so nothing gets held at customs.
Reserve a few pounds to hold your spot, then add more if needed. It's better to reserve slightly over than under. You can add extra pounds online anytime before the shipment closes.
Yes! Wrapped gifts are allowed. Please include a list of the wrapped items inside the package so we can verify contents if needed at customs.
