Follow these steps and your package will be on its way to Brazil in no time.
Place all items inside Ziploc bags or space-saving plastic bags. Choose the bag size that works best — one-gallon bags are perfect for most things. If one bag isn't enough, add more and label each one.
- Write your missionary's full name and Mission on the outside of every bag
- Number the bags and write the estimated weight on each
- If wrapping gifts, include a list of wrapped items inside so we can verify contents
Bring your fully prepared package to one of our three Utah locations by our next deadline for the shosen shipment. See locations below.
Mail your prepared bags inside a shipping box addressed to us. Make sure it arrives by the Friday of the week you want to ship — give yourself a few extra days for transit.

When we receive it, we open the outer box, take out your prepared bags, and process them with that week's shipment. In Brazil, your bags are repackaged into a fresh box or envelope for final delivery to the mission office — so your missionary receives everything neatly. The outer shipping box never travels to Brazil.
